Anybody would want to set up a LISTS database should contact me privately
and provide the following information:
 
- Acknowledgement of the fact that the FILEDISK variable has been changed
  from the default  of 'A5' to something  else, or that it  is desired to
  leave  it  the way  it  is  (in which  case  the  A-disk size  must  be
  increased).
 
- Nodeids of  the "nearby" backbone servers,  if the requestor is  not an
  EARN site  (I am not  familiar with the  topology of anything  beyond 5
  hops of CEARN or FRECP11).
