I was wondering if any of you guys has the facilities and the interest
to run a list for me. I've been trying to talk my sysadmin into this, but
he wouldn't consider installing packages like SmartList, MReply, or IDG,
let alone LISTSERV.
 
The list will be a non-profit one, and will discuss issues of interest
for "Peugeot" automobile owners. I do not expect more than 100 subscribers,
the traffic will probably be less than 20 messages/day, and no storage
space for archives is necessary.
