        Undeliverable mail should go back to the sender
        not to postmaster.  I keep getting such mailings
        for mailing lists I have no control over.  And
        naturally the list maintainer doesn't care that
        much; his mail box isn't getting flooded.
 
        Now this probably isn't listserv mail I am getting
        from these mailing lists.  But annoying all the
        same.
