I must admit, this problem is receding, from the last time I checked. Every
time I send out a netwide delete / action, I get some servers that refuse my
job on the basis that I am not a registered NAD. Last term ( 3 + months ago )
that number was over 15, this time it is much better. I have checked the
servers that gave me the errant reply with the RELEASE command, and the
results are herein displayed.

I realize that the maintenance of LISTSERV's is a voluntary function, but
I seem to be able to keep mine up to date ( and I am a one (1) man support
department), so I would assume (yes I know the hidden meaning in that word)
that others of my peers would be able to keep their tables updated in a
timely fashion.
