If anyone can help me with this problem I'd appreciate it.

I'm trying to install Listserv 1.8c "Binaries" on an Irix 6.2 machine.
I don't have CC so I can't compile.  Therefore, I downloaded the binaries.
The problem is that even the Binary version requires Make to create
folders and config files.  When I get to the instructions where it says
"Moving the programs and  files to the proper directores" and I enter
make install I get an error "cc: not found."  I've read through the instructions
to see if I can make the directores and copy files myself, but I don't see
them listed.

If anyone can help with this I'd really appreciate it.
