What are the necessary steps?  Looks like I
  1. Add a PEERS line to each LIST definition
  2. Join each peer to the other's list with a name of "Peer distribution list"
  3. MOVE people to the new peered site.

  4. What about NOTEBOOKS.  Should I get all the old notebooks from
     the original site and store them locally.  After that, I assume
     they will stay in sync by themselves.
