Sure, that's the purpose of "dynamic access".  You should get a copy of
Ben Chi's guide on this subject.  For a copy of the guide send mail to
LISTSERV@ALBNYVM1 with the command:
 
get fsv guide
 
 
This is the way we run LISTSERV here.  Each list owner pays for the disk
space used by their list.  If they choose NOT to archive notebooks or store
files the userid created for the list has no minidisk space and the owner
is charged nothing.  This way they can choose to archive as much or as little
as they want to pay for (in disk space, that is).
