Can someone help I am forwarding this request below

I am working with an office and they are wanting to create a webform for people to subscribe to some of their various listserv lists. I know that an email can be sent to the system with the following information to complete the process:
Email to [log in to unmask]<[log in to unmask]>
subject line: blank
body of message: subscribe LISTNAME
For this to work correctly the email must be from the user wishing to subscribe. I know that we could assist them with creating a mailto: link that would automatically configure an email message with that information.

However, they are concerned about personnel who might be on a lab/library computer that doesn't have a mail client configured to send email. The mailto: link requires a user to have a default email client configured for their use.

Can you check within the support circle you interact with to see if any other Lsoft/Listserv users have worked through this type of situation before and can contact me with the particular method they used?

Thanks in advance,

Ron
