Hi Mike,

I did a similar upgrade of my ListServ on NT - moved it to a newer machine.
Since the archives on the old machine were on the C: drive and on the new
machine, the D: drive, I rec'd the exact same error message.

Surfed on the L-Soft website, found the recommendation to delete the
"listname.dbindex" and "listname.dbnames" files from the archives folder.
Stop and start the Listserv service, and then use the web interface to query
the archives. This will rebuild the indexes.

Worked for me!

Help,

Last week we moved our listserv to a new machine. I did this by first
installing listerv on the new machine, and then copying all the files (less
*.exe, and *.cfg files) from the old to the new server.

After a few problems, everything seems to be working find EXCEPT THAT the
list archives seem to unrecognized. When I go to any specific list web page,
I am told that "no archive file is currently available for browsing.
