similar to the determined terrorist.
 
Unless you want to approve each new subscriber, or perhaps
have a subscriber option of REVIEW (default-options=review,
which you then have to approve their first few posts while
they are are on new-subscriber "probation"), then you will
leave yourself open to the determined.
