POLYGRAF outage

Due to the failure of a (NYTel) leased line, BITNET node POLYGRAF has
been disconnected from the network since the weekend (2/28/88).
The problem was fixed last night (3/3/88) and all is back to
normal.
 
NO FILES WERE LOST, but delays in Listserv traffic will be noticed.
 
We ( and NYTel :-) ) apologize for any inconvenience this may have
caused.
