We have a local requirement to (for testing) add an entry to
PEERS NAMES and/or SERVICE NAMES.  The comment at the top of
SERVICE NAMES says 'from SERVICE OVERRIDE', which I can't find
documented anywhere.  The entry we wish to add is *not* suitable for
being globally published in SERVICE NAMES (It will be once we are
sure it's working the way we want it to).
 
Anybody have any good hints/suggestions?  I'd rather not hand-edit
SERVICE NAMES and get it overlaid in the next 2-3 days by the
monthly table updates...
