We have recently started hosting a list that is having some very odd
problems.  The list is utilizing welcome and farewell messages.  The welcome
message works fine, but the farewell message is not working.  I checked to
make sure the the .farewell file exists, and it does.  Beyond checking that,
I have no clue where else to look.

Also, their digest seems to be coming through with very odd background
colors, sometimes bright blue, sometimes red.  Other than a user making use
of html within their emails, would there be anything that I should look into
for the cause of background colors?  Can I disable html emails completely?
