We have one list here, MEDNEWS, which is 'removal-by-request'  The list
owner's reasoning is that he would like to know why you are unsubscribing,
be it account expiring, moving, list not as expected, etc..  This feedback
he uses to better serve the medical community as to their needs, wants, and
gripes.
