Sorry for an off-the-wall question, but I just can't find the pertinent
notes for carrying out this....
 
How do you set up a FILELIST entry for a generic file ? This is the kind
that shows up as a '> *' on the filelist and permits users to AFD to it
and receive file updates as they happen, even if these have different
filenames or filetypes (not both, if I remember correctly) and aren't part
of a package.
 
Specifically, I don't recall what flags have to be set up for the entry and
how to specify the * part.
