  The problem I found with the 'serve' command is that I still get
notices on the postmast userid.  Probably the FILTER_ALSO is best
Stan.  I think you run on VM so it would go in the local sysvars file,
on unix it goes in go.user but I haven't had any success getting it to
work on unix.  I don't have access anymore to a VM machine to know if
it works on them.
