Listserv at Canada01 was failing frequently on the "insufficient" problem,
usually when processing very large files from the prog-a16 list. Eric
suggested that it might be fragmented memory causing the problem. We then
installed an auto IPL  twice daily and it seems to have reduced the failure
rate. Try it, it may be the solution.
