What is shocking to me is that I have never seen a phone company do it
publicly AND in print the way AOL's position has been represented here.
I've even seen my phone company "reimburse" in $ an interruption of
service, and the AOL situation is indeed an interruption of service. But
that is for the customer's lawyer to decide... based on mail I received
from an AOL customer last night, they are starting to group....and are
outraged at what they are calling the "secret and selective refusal of
their personal mail".
