Would the individuals at the sites receiving the multiple mailings
please check there LISTSERV console logs, if they have access, and
see what LISTSERV is sending the files.  Maybe we can nail down which
LISTSERV/MAILER is burping.  I only see LISTSERV@UGA because of where
our node is situated and UGA stores a lot of lists.
