Whether or not a particular address will receive postings from a list depends
only on whether they are subscribed to that list.  Owner= or Editor= confer
different privileges and responsiblilties and have nothing to do with whether
the address in question is subscribed to the list.  Owners or Editors are not
automatically subscribed just because they are Owner or Editor.  Subscription is
a separate matter.
