} Hi, I am with DIR IT department. We have a problem locating a listserv template for editing. The template we are trying to locate is an auto replied of an already subscriber. Please advise, thanks.

} You are already subscribed to the DIR_PRESS_RELEASE list as "Anonymous nopost".
Its in the default mailtpl file under "MSG_SUBSCRIBE_NOCHANGE"
And by the way, this person is not Anonymously subscribed to the list.
He/she is subscribed under the name "Anonymous nopost", and what I think
you want, the NOPOST option is NOT in effect (unless its a default list
option).
You can get the default mailtpl file by sending this command:
GET MAILTPL.DEFAULT
To the ListServ. Then extract the item of interest, modify it, and
insert it into a file "listname.mailtpl" (or create one if you don't
already have one) and send it bact to the ListServ.
