1)  Here's what I have for a "typical" list on my server:

10patho:                 "|/usr/local/bin/lsv_amin -t 10patho"
owner-10patho:           "|/usr/local/bin/lsv_amin -t owner-10patho"
10patho-server:          "|/usr/local/bin/lsv_amin -t 10patho-server"
10patho-request:         "|/usr/local/bin/lsv_amin -t 10patho-request"
10patho-search-request:  "|/usr/local/bin/lsv_amin -t 10patho-search-request"

Note that things are piped into lsv_amin.

2) After updating the aliases file, you need to rerun 'newaliases'
(also known as 'sendmail -bi') before Sendmail will notice...
