Around Dec. 15, we created a list called POLSCI here at UKCC which had
a LONG list of members. The list was created to send one file to these people.
Some of the headers on this list were wrong and it resulted in a lot of junk
trafic. The only solution I could think of was to put the list on hold.
 
I want to first appologize for all the trouble it created on net.
 
I want to know if some one knows the best set up (headers) for a list
of 400+ people. We want to send one file to these people 4 times a year.
Setting up a list is what appeals to me because then we do not create 400+
outgoing mail messages at our node. But in the first trial we had, not only
it generated lot of junk mail but many people who got the junk mail never
got the file however.
