    Your problem is that the NOTEBOOKs  for the MAILBOOK list at DEARN
and  EB0UB011  are  private  to  the  list  membership  (actually,  at
EB0UB011, they're only available to  the list owners).  The only other
source of  MAILBOOK NOTEBOOKs is at  UGA, which also happens  to be on
your home  continent, so the  international links don't have  to carry
your database  traffic.  UGA has them  as public access, so  give it a
crack there.
