According to Joseph Haller at LISTSERV support, it has been fixed in the NT
builds
and a new kit is available.  New kits for all other platforms will be available
soon.  I have note received a notice either.

Some months ago there was a comment that a bug-fix was shortly going
to be made available to fix a problem in 1.8d that made yearly
archives unavailable on the web.  I presume this is now out; but it
seems I must have missed the notice somewhere.  Can anyone tell me
where to get the fix?  I couldn't see anything on the Lsoft site
that seemed relevant.
