I know. When EXECIO gets a string  longer than 255 as input to the STRING
option, it  produces an error message,  which is stupid since  the string
could  be used  directly (as  with  EXECCOMMed variables).  I can  either
restrict the use  of databases to SP4-5  sites, or run the  risk of being
subjected to this kind of errors. I don't have time to write a LSVFILEW.
