Jim Cerny (J_CERNY@UNHH) contacted me with the following problem:
  He says that he sent a review command for [log in to unmask]
He has received over 160 files from this command and says that
there appears to be multiple copies coming from RICE, HEARN,
EB0UB011 and particularly POLYGRAF and BNANDP11. It sounds like there
is a loop here. I will send a direct mailing to the postmaster at
polygraf.
