Hi Michael,

Thank you for your reply.

This gentelman receives the email but the probe fails. The LSMTP logs show a
successful delivery then two seconds later Listserv logs the "Probe failed"
error.

In regards to the records before the probe failure, below are the entries
from the Listserv log file:

We just spoke to our network engineer and are setting up a sniffer. As far
as we can tell the Site Specific logs show positive transaction between
Listserv and our SMTP gateway.

Is there anything specific we can look for when we sniff the port and get a
probe failure?
