Hi All,

"The site configuration file must have SYSTEM_CHANGELOG enabled in order to collect system changelog data."
Can someone advice me what file do I need to modify for this setting to be effective?
What file is the site configuration file on a Unix version of LISTSERV?
I have searched and could not find any information.
