We have a list with the following setting:

        Daily-Threshold= 50, 10

Per the documentation, I expected this list limit the list to 50 total and
individual users to 10 total each. The list can be freed to allow more, but
users would have to wait until the next day to post.

It worked well at first. After 10 posts, the user in question was told that
he'd reached his limit. After 50 posts to the list, all posts were held, as
expected. I sent a message to the LISTSERV to "free" the list and six files
were released. After that, the person who had already posted 10 messages
was able to start posting again. From the manual:

"When the value of the optional second parameter is reached by an
individual user, the user is told that their posting will not be processed
and that they should resend it later if they still want it to be posted.
The list itself is not held in this situation. The default is to have no
such limit, in which case the second parameter is not defined. Note that
list owners and list editors are exempt from the individual daily limit.
There is no command to reset the limit for an individual user, although the
list owner may update the header to increase the value."

Did I read this wrong? Can user's counts be reset? If so.... ouch.
