if in the definition of a list, i have owner=userid@node, then this appears not
to be enough for the owner in order for the owner to send mail to the list. if
they try to send to the list that they own, it rejects them stating that they
do not belong to the list. they must then subscribe to the list.
 
is this the way it should be. i would think that being a listserv owner would
automatically entitle them to send to the list.
 
any information is welcomed.
