(1) can we include files to be shipped automatically when someone subs?
 
(2) how do we change the From: so it reads "LISTNAME <LISTSERV@node>" rather
    than "Revised List Processor (1.6d) <LISTSERV@node>"
 
(3) how do we enter an apostrophe in the text of the LISTNAME MAILFORM file
    so it REALLY comes out as an apostrophe and doesn't change the case of
    the following word(s) or letter(s)?
 
(4) what % of cpu usage does your LISTSERV take?  we're running about 5%, but
    only have 2 lists up which are not heavily used.  Most of the work seems
    to be updating the global lists.   Do you folks tweak LISTSERV's
    priority on your systems?
