Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't LISTSERV supposed to let you set
Send= LISTNAME, where LISTNAME is another LISTSERV list, so that you
can limit who can send to one LIST to the members of another LIST?
It doesn't seem to work for me.  If I am wrong, how does one go about
setting such a limitation up?
