SUVM recently joined the backbone.  It seems that as long as LISTSERV
has sufficient DIST2 jobs in its reader it doesn't run any reader
scans for local lists.  Is that true?  If so is there any way to
convince LISTSERV to do the reader scans anyway?
 
BTW when we were not part of the backbone, someone (CLVM?) was sure
doing a lot of work for us.  Thanks!
