I created a new list, with the appropriate Owner= tag and when that
person tries INFO PUT to get a copy of LSVPUT EXEC or tries INFO LISTOWNR
he gets told that he is not a list owner.
 
I don't remember doing anything special in the past.  Is there some other
step I need to take?  Thanks
