Fellow Site Admins,

I have a list owner who swears he sent a message to the list and then
immediately logged into the web interface and approved the message, yet the
message did not get sent to the list. Is there any way for me to find out what
may have happened with this message? I have the change-log enabled for his list,
but from what I can tell the change-log does not record moderation information,
unless I am missing something.
