I haven't explored this to be sure, but I don't think there is a
connection with the listserv subscription name, and the 'From' field
of the email

I could sign up for this list as Quickdraw McGraw, but posts would
still appear as coming from 'David Phillips', unless I change my email
client to say 'Quickdraw McGraw'.

She needs to get her information changed in Outlook/Exchange.

At least, that's my guess.
