BUT : your local RSCS already handles traffic on wich you have *no* control
      (if you are at a dead end then you are lucky but this is not generally
      the case).
SO  : it may be that letting LISTSERV work a little harder on things you do'nt
      control, would remove a lot of work from RSCS (even your RSCS ...)  /AF
