Phil is gone from TAIU. The machine crashed, was down for almost a
week and traffic between Aug. the 3rd.-7th. seems to have been
lost in the ether, *forever*.
I would need a place for a confidential list for American (and
allies) Viet Nam War combat veterans [N=109, traffic=20-30/day].
The list is a *life line* for most of those veterans who suffer from
PCTSDs (post combat traumatic stress disorders).
Consecuently, I would thank help from any Senior LISTSERV Manager in
finding a safe harbor for the Veterans.
Please, contact me on the back-channel as I am not subscribed to
