But there's an another problem too.  The web interface (WA) goes
unresponsive for quite a while at midnight, while LISTSERV sends
digests and error monitor reports and rebuilds the web files.  If you
try to login, you get an error message from WA.

A similar problem occurs when LISTSERV is restarted, which is
unfortunately required to rotate log files.
