I guess I'll answer with another  question :-) Which of the following two
setups  costs more  to L-Soft,  both in  terms of  development/production
costs and then maintenance/support costs:
 
1. One VM server running X lists.
 
2. One VM server with X/2 lists plus one unix server with X/2 lists.
