DISTRIBUTE job failure

  Funny, I  thought I  had fixed  this bug long  ago... It  was the  same that
caused the  problem with Mail-Via= DISTRIBUTE  in the 1.5i days.  The file was
sent by LISTSERV@RICE with a filetype of MAIL and therefore escaped the normal
checkout  that regular  jobfiles go  through. I'll  fix this  out in  the next
release, but for now all you have to do is make sure you don't submit your job
with a filetype of MAIL.
