I  think it  is  time for  the  monthly list  of  sites running  outdated
versions  of BITEARN  NODES. I  am glad  to note  that these  reports are
apparently quite effective - there were 72 outdated servers last time and
"only"  29  this time.  Note  that  the  program  is quite  tolerant  and
considers the previous  month's version (ie 9112 for  the present report)
as not outdated.
