Greetings,

I am looking for a way to control the submission of large commands jobs
to the Listserv server.  I have a few list owners who will send ADD
jobs of between 5,000 and 20,000 lines during prime time ... which
effectively takes the Listserv server offline while they are being
processed.

The owners in question cannot apparently obide by restricting such
jobs to non-prime time, so I am casting about for a means to force
such jobs not to run until a off peak time.

Any suggestions would be welcome.  I haven't seen anything either in the
manuals or searching the archives that would accomplish this.
