Can anybody suggest a reason why you might not be able to set
a subscriber to DUAL on Listserv 1.7f?
  We have both tried to set his acct. to dual header and we both
get positive confirmations, but it never actually happens.  I tried
it with my acct. on the same list and it works fine.
