Aye, but doing the move than upgrade allows the upgrade process (if it's 
an intensive process) to complete quicker.  I haven't had to more 
Listserve, but I always move Lotus Domino servers to new hardware before 
doing the software upgrade because hte database upgrades go faster on the 
new machines.
