MAIL-VIA currently supports only two options: DIST and non-DIST.
DIST passes the mail along the LISTSERV backbone to the closest LISTSERV
to the subscriber before mailing it to the subscriber, while non-DIST
sends all mail directly from the LISTSERV handling the subscription.
