FIX15N2 removes "LISTSERV LISTS" from  INFO FILELIST. It had been defined
there  to  store a  manually-maintained  list  of  lists, much  like  the
LISTSERV  GROUPS file  on  NICSERVE.  It was  never  available as  nobody
volunteered to maintain it :-), and of course it is now obsolete.
