Hi, everyone:
 
I have a web interface for users to subscribe to my list.
After user hit submit, a perl cgi script kick off and
use unix sendmail to send subscribtion to my listserv.
Since the list has "subscription=open,Confirm", most users
just send ok to the reply and they are in.
 
However some users are complaining about when they reply an
ok message, they got:
 
The confirmation code you gave (0A5476)  does not correspond to any
pending command....
 
What might cause this problem? Is there a solution to it?
