You would need to modify the MSG_POSTING_REJECT_NOTAUTH mail template, and add .QQ to suppress the template:

.TY MSG_POSTING_REJECT_NOTAUTH (&LISTNAME &FROMID) .QQ
.* do not send this message to stop backscatter emails
